To enter the problem name or alias, click on the gray disk button in the Internal Problem Information Panel.  This button is an icon of a diskette and is located to the right of the Base Problem Name caption.  Doing this will bring up a Windows common dialog box to let you choose the name of the problem and the directory in which it resides.  If you need more details on how to use a common dialog box, consult your Windows manual.
