This graph may be used when graphing different types of variables, such as advertising expenditures and cost of goods sold across all patterns in a file. You also have the option of graphing variables across a selected number of patterns. A single type of input, such as signal inputs from an electrocardiogram, would be more appropriately graphed in the Graph Variable Sets in a Pattern module.
This graph is useful for graphing time series data. For example, if you have a data file that contains the price of gold, the price of the Swiss Franc, and the yen for the past 5 years, you could use this graph to display the price of gold for the past 5 years, or to compare the price of gold with the price of the Swiss Franc for the past 5 years.
See Graph Variable(s) Across all Patterns Detail for more information.
